Q&A
A: Yes, there are age restrictions. Since this is a wine tour, guests must be 21 or older to participate in tastings. However, teenagers can come along as long as they have a responsible adult with them. Just let the tour operator know in advance if you’re bringing younger guests!
A: The best time to visit Temecula Wine Country is from late spring to early fall (May to September). The weather is usually warm and perfect for outdoor tastings. Just keep an eye on the forecast for any unexpected rain, especially in the winter months, as that could lead to cancellations!
A: Great question! The more people you bring, the lower the per-person cost. For example, if you have a group of 14, you get the best deal. Just check with Best Coast Tours for specific pricing based on your group size as it can vary. Definitely recommend gathering a bigger group to enjoy those savings!

Considering the Temecula Wine Tour for my wife's birthday!
I’m thinking of booking the Private Temecula Wine Tour for my wife's birthday next month! We live in San Diego, so the drive is super easy. I love that it includes charcuterie boards at Oak Mountain and two production tours at Somerset and Callaway. I’m just curious if the wine tastings are good for someone who doesn’t usually drink much. Also, should I pack a jacket just in case it gets chilly?
Just did the Temecula Wine Tour—so much fun!
I just came back from the Private Temecula Wine Tour with my friends, and wow, we had such a blast! Somerset Vineyard was beautiful, and the underground cave at Oak Mountain was a highlight. The views from Callaway Winery are insane! Just a heads up, remember to bring cash for your lunch at Cougar Winery if you go on a weekday. Totally recommend it!
