A: There’s no specific age limit for kids, but I’d recommend it for ages 5 and up. Younger kids might get bored with the tour, though. The tour guide can really cater the experience to what your family needs, and they provide a lot of interesting info about Skagway. Just check with the provider if you have very young kids to see how they can adjust things!

Q: What should we wear for the Skagway tour? Any tips for the weather?

A: Definitely layer up! The weather in Skagway can be unpredictable. I’d suggest wearing a light jacket and comfortable walking shoes since you’ll have about 2 hours of free time to explore. Also, it can get windy up on the summit, so a windbreaker wouldn’t hurt. Just be prepared to adjust as needed!

Q: Can we reschedule if our plans change? What’s the process?

A: Yes, you can reschedule! Just make sure to contact them at least 48 hours in advance. They’re pretty flexible, and you can pick a new date that works for you. I had to change mine last minute, and it all went smoothly.
