Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for participating in the tour?

A: There’s no strict age limit for the tour, but keep in mind that the tasting room is 21+ for the cider and beer flights. Kids are welcome to join the tour, but if you plan on drinking, it’s best to bring another adult to help supervise the little ones in case you want to enjoy the tastings.

Q: Can you reschedule if something comes up?

A: Yes, you can reschedule your tour! Just make sure to contact the Fly Creek Cider Mill a few days in advance. They’re pretty accommodating unless it’s peak season. Just keep that in mind when you're planning your visit!

Q: What should I wear for the tour? Is it indoors or outdoors?

A: The tour is mostly indoors at the Mill, but you might want to wear comfortable shoes since you'll be walking around. It can get a bit chilly inside with the cider presses running, so maybe bring a light jacket. No formal wear needed—just something comfy!

Just got back from the Fly Creek Cider Mill tour with Bill!

OMG, I can't recommend the private tour enough! Bill, the owner, is super passionate and really knows his stuff about the mill's history. We got to taste four different hard ciders and even an apple wine. Plus, we got this cool signed cookbook and a gift card! Perfect day trip from NYC. If anyone’s thinking about getting this as a gift for someone, do it!

Thinking about getting the private tour for my friend's birthday!

Hey folks! My friend loves cider and I was considering gifting them the private tour with Bill at Fly Creek. Has anyone done this? Is it worth it? What’s the best time to go? I'm curious about the tasting room!
