The tour is hosted by the Mill's owner, Bill Michaels, you will hear the family history of the Mill and how this small business has developed into one of Cooperstown, NY's most popular tourism attractions. Learn about how the Mill harnesses the power of water to operate its 1889 water-hydraulic cider press. Go behind the scenes to areas not open to the public to see how the Mill creates its many flavors. As a retailer Bill will share his knowledge and experience on how his family has turned this once closed mill into a profitable agribusiness.

OMG, I can't recommend the private tour enough! Bill, the owner, is super passionate and really knows his stuff about the mill's history. We got to taste four different hard ciders and even an apple wine. Plus, we got this cool signed cookbook and a gift card! Perfect day trip from NYC.
