Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this walking tour?

A: There's no official age limit, but I'd suggest it’s more suitable for kids who can walk a decent distance. The tour covers a lot of ground, so if you're bringing younger kids, maybe consider a stroller or just make sure they’re good on their feet. My 10-year-old loved it, but my 4-year-old got a bit tired halfway through.

Q: What should I wear for the walking tour? Is there a lot of walking involved?

A: Comfort is key! Wear comfortable walking shoes since you'll be roaming around for about 4 hours. Dress in layers too, since the weather in SF can change quickly. I wore a light jacket and was glad I did when we got close to the Golden Gate Bridge.

Q: What if the weather is bad on the tour day? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes, you can reschedule if weather conditions aren’t ideal. Just make sure to give them a heads up as soon as you can. They’re pretty flexible about it. I had to reschedule due to rain and it was super easy. Just call or email them.

Thinking of gifting the private walking tour in San Francisco!

I’m considering this walking tour for my parents' anniversary. They love exploring new cities! The fact it includes public transport is great since they won’t have to worry about parking. I just hope it's not too strenuous for them. Anyone done this tour? What was your experience like?

Anyone have tips for the walking tour in San Francisco?

I’m planning to go on this private tour soon! I’m so excited to see the Painted Ladies and the Golden Gate Bridge up close. Would love to hear any tips on what to do before or during the tour. I want to make the most of it!
