Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit, but younger kids usually do best if they're able to sit for a while and enjoy the sights. The guides are great with kids and can tailor the experience to keep them engaged. Just make sure they’re ready for a bit of walking if you decide to take advantage of the boardwalks!
A: Casual, comfortable clothing is perfect! Since you'll be in the vehicle and also doing some short walks, I’d recommend layers. It can get chilly, especially in the morning. Hiking shoes or sturdy sneakers are great for the boardwalks!
A: Parking is simple! The tour provider will give you instructions on where to meet at the designated spot in Jackson. Most of the time, you can park easily nearby without worrying about fees. Just arrive a bit early to find a spot and soak in the scenery before you start!

Thinking about gifting the Yellowstone Highlights Tour for my parents' anniversary!
Hey everyone, I'm considering getting the Private Yellowstone Highlights Tour from Teton Wilderness Tours for my parents. They love nature but aren't super active, so I think the vehicle-based tour would suit them perfectly. Plus, I heard the gourmet lunch from Teton Lunch Counter is amazing! Has anyone done this tour? What did you think?
Just got back from the Yellowstone Highlights Tour—what a day!
Wow, I can't recommend the Private Yellowstone Highlights Tour enough! We saw Old Faithful, the Grand Prismatic Spring, and even some bison! The lunch was delicious (bagels and cream cheese were a great touch), and our guide was so passionate about the park. It was a great mix of driving and short walks. Definitely worth the money!
