Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour?

A: The tour is great for kids, but they should be able to walk a bit since some thermal features are accessible only by foot. I'd say kids around 5 and up will enjoy it, but just make sure they can handle some walking. Bring a good pair of shoes for them!

Q: What should we wear for the tour? Any tips?

A: Dress in layers! Mornings can be chilly, but it warms up quickly. Good hiking boots are a must for the trails. Also, bring a hat and sunglasses since you'll be outdoors for a while. Rain gear might be good too, just in case!

Q: What if the weather is bad? Do they reschedule?

A: Yes, they will reschedule if the weather is unsafe or if heavy rain is expected. Just keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your tour. The guides are super flexible and want everyone to enjoy the experience!

Discussions

Just came back from the Yellowstone tour and it was AMAZING!

I took the Private Yellowstone National Park Sightseeing Tour last week, and wow, it exceeded my expectations! Our guide was super knowledgeable and took us to some off-the-beaten-path thermal features that you wouldn't find on your own. The picnic lunch by one of the geysers was a highlight! I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a unique outdoor experience in Montana. Definitely worth the price!

Thinking about gifting the Yellowstone tour, but is it good for seniors?

I’m considering this Yellowstone tour for my parents who are in their late 60s. They love nature but are not super active. Do you think this tour would be too much for them? I want them to enjoy it without getting too exhausted!
