Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this Raccoon Island experience?

A: There's no strict age limit, but I'd recommend it for ages 8 and up. Kids need to be able to paddle and wear a life jacket comfortably. Always check with the provider for any specific guidelines before booking.

Q: What should we wear for this kayaking adventure?

A: Definitely wear water-friendly clothing! Think swimsuits, shorts, and quick-dry shirts. Honestly, flip flops or water shoes are a must. And don’t forget sunblock! You’ll be out in the sun for a bit.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our booking?

A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, they usually reschedule or offer a refund. Just keep an eye on the forecast and reach out to them. They’re super helpful with this stuff!

Just did the Raccoon Island Kayak Adventure – amazing!

I went on the Raccoon Island exploration last weekend, and it was such a cool experience! Paddling through Biscayne Bay was beautiful, and the snacks they provided were perfect for energy. The raccoons on the island are super friendly! Just a heads up, make sure to wear your water shoes because it can get slippery near the shore. I highly recommend it as a unique gift!

Thinking of gifting the Raccoon Island experience – worth it?

I’m considering this for my sister’s birthday! She loves kayaking and animals. Can anyone who’s done this share if it’s really that fun? Is it good for beginners? I want to make sure she’ll enjoy it!
