Q&A
A: The minimum age for the Gore Canyon rafting trip is 16, which works out great for your kids! Just make sure they’re all in good health and comfortable with extreme activities since this trip is Class V. Liquid Descent provides expert guides for safety, so they’ll be in good hands!
A: Wear quick-drying clothes, like a swimsuit or shorts, and definitely bring a light fleece or jacket for after. Liquid Descent provides wetsuits if it's cold, but it's good to have layers. Don’t forget water shoes or sandals that’ll stay on your feet!
A: Liquid Descent has a strict safety policy. If conditions aren’t safe, they will reschedule your trip. They usually contact you the day before if it looks sketchy. Be sure to check their cancellation policies on their site, but they’ve been pretty flexible from what I hear!

Thinking about gifting the Gore Canyon rafting trip - has anyone done it?
I’m considering this trip for my boyfriend’s birthday. He’s super into adventure sports and I think he’d love the intensity of Class V rapids. Has anyone been on this trip with Liquid Descent? What’s the experience like? Also, any tips for first-timers?

I finally pulled the trigger and booked the Gore Canyon trip for next weekend! I’m so pumped (and a little nervous). What’s the best way to prepare? Any must-have items or advice would be awesome.
