Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the zipline adventure? My kids are 10 and 12.

A: Yes, kids can totally join! The minimum age for this zipline experience is 10 years old, so your kids should be good to go. Just make sure they fit the harness properly. And remember to wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes. It's gonna be a blast!

Q: What happens if it rains? Will they cancel the ziplining?

A: They do run in light rain, but they'll cancel if the weather is really bad. You can reschedule for free if they do. Just keep an eye on the forecast and maybe have a backup plan for the day just in case!

Q: How difficult is the zipline? I’m not super fit.

A: The zipline is pretty beginner-friendly! Most people find it manageable, and the guides are awesome at helping you feel comfortable. You just have to climb some steps to get up to the platforms, but they'll let you take your time. Just wear something comfy and enjoy the ride!

Thinking of gifting the Rainforest Canopy & Zipline in Ketchikan!

I'm planning to surprise my sister with this zipline adventure for her birthday! She loves nature and I thought this would be perfect since it’s in Tongass National Forest. I just hope she’s not scared of heights! 🤞 Has anyone done this? What was your experience like?

Just did the zipline tour, and wow!

I went on the Rainforest Canopy & Zipline last week, and it was absolutely incredible! The height was intense, but the views of the eagles and the lush forest were worth every second. The guides were super chill and made us feel safe. Totally recommend this if you’re in Ketchikan!
