Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on the ranch tour?

A: No specific age limit, but they recommend kids around 3 and up. It’s super family-friendly! Just keep an eye on the little ones since there are animals wandering around, and some might be more curious than others. Definitely a great way for kids to learn about animals and nature!

Q: What should we wear for the ranch tour? Is it muddy?

A: Definitely wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes since it can get muddy depending on the weather. I’d recommend bringing a light jacket too, just in case it rains. It's Hawaii, so you never know! Also, sunscreen is a must.

Q: What if it rains on the day of our tour? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes, you can reschedule if the weather turns bad. They’ll usually give you a call the day before to confirm and have options if it’s rainy. Just be sure to check their policy when you book. I had to reschedule once, and they were really accommodating!
