Q&A
A: Yes, there is generally an age limit of 14 and up for this class. It’s mostly geared towards adults since it involves some knife skills and cooking techniques that might not be suitable for younger kids. However, if you want to bring younger teens, check with the host — sometimes they can make exceptions if you call ahead!
A: They actually provide aprons, but I'd recommend wearing something you don't mind getting a little flour on! The class can get messy, especially when you're rolling out that dough. Comfortable shoes are also a must since you’ll be on your feet for a bit.
A: They typically don’t cancel unless it’s really severe weather, but they will reach out to you with updates. You can always reschedule if you can’t make it on your assigned day due to weather. Just keep a close eye on your emails for any notifications!

Just finished the ravioli class at the wine bar! Here's my take.
I just got back from the Ravioli & Tagliatelle making class at that cute wine bar in Minneapolis. Chef Aaron was awesome! The hands-on experience was super fun, and I loved rolling out the tagliatelle. The cacio e pepe sauce was delicious! They really encourage you to get involved and it felt like an authentic Italian kitchen. Highly recommend as a gift for any foodie! Just a heads up, it can get a little messy but it's all part of the fun!
Considering gifting the pasta class for my partner's birthday!
Hey everyone! I’m thinking about getting the ravioli and tagliatelle class for my partner’s birthday. They love Italian food! Just wanted to know if anyone's tried it out recently? Is it really as fun as it sounds? Also, how’s the parking at the wine bar? Any tips?
