Q&A

Q: Can we reschedule if the weather is bad on the day we planned to go?

A: Yes, you can definitely reschedule if the weather isn't cooperating! Just give King Electric Bikes a call or shoot them an email, and they'll help you find a new date that works. They’re pretty flexible, especially since they want you to enjoy the ride.

Q: Is there an age limit for renting the bikes? My daughter is 12 and loves to ride!

A: There isn’t a strict age limit, but kids under 16 usually need to be accompanied by an adult. They provide helmets, so make sure she wears one! It's a fun activity for families and a great way to explore the city.

Q: What's the parking situation there? I’m driving down from Baltimore.

A: There’s an inexpensive parking garage in the same building as King Electric Bikes, so you shouldn’t have any trouble finding a spot. Plus, it’s super convenient to just grab your bike and hit the road right from there!

Thinking about renting electric bikes in DC - any tips?

Hey everyone! I'm considering renting electric bikes from King Electric Bikes for a weekend trip to DC soon. I heard it's close to the National Mall, which is awesome! Can anyone share their experiences? How easy is it to navigate around the city? Any must-see spots to hit while biking?

Just did the electric bike rental in DC — SO MUCH FUN!

I just got back from renting electric bikes from King Electric Bikes, and it was the best decision! The staff was super friendly, and they gave us great tips on where to ride. We cruised down to the waterfront and then over to Georgetown. It was nice being near the bike paths, and parking was a breeze. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to explore DC!
