Q&A
A: There isn't a strict age limit for the Restorative Soundbath at The Sukha Life. It's generally suitable for all ages, but I'd recommend checking with the provider directly if your teen has any specific concerns. The atmosphere is very calming and welcoming, so it should be a great experience for them!
A: Wear something comfortable! Yoga clothes or even PJs work great since you'll be lying down. You don't need to bring anything, as the mats, blankets, and pillows are all provided. Just bring an open mind and maybe some water!
A: They typically don't cancel soundbaths for weather since it's indoors. However, if conditions are really extreme, it’s best to check with The Sukha Life. They usually communicate any changes through email or on their website, so keep an eye out for updates!

Just did the Restorative Soundbath and I'm floating!
I went to the Restorative Soundbath at The Sukha Life last weekend, and it was pure magic! The view of Mount San Jacinto while lying on the mats was so peaceful. They provide everything you need—blankets, pillows, even an eye mask. The sounds really helped me unwind after a stressful week. Totally worth it!
Thinking of gifting the soundbath experience!
I’m considering gifting a Restorative Soundbath to my sister for her birthday. She’s been super stressed and could use some serious relaxation. Has anyone done this recently? What was the vibe like? I want it to be special for her!
