Q&A

Q: Can you bring kids on the manatee river cruise, and is there an age limit?

A: Definitely! Kids are more than welcome on the river cruise. There’s no strict age limit, but I’d suggest bringing children that are at least 5 years old so they can appreciate the experience. Just make sure they’re supervised and ready for some adventure on the water!

Q: What should I wear for the river cruise? Is it okay to get wet?

A: Wear comfortable clothes that can get wet! I’d recommend quick-dry fabrics and maybe a light jacket if you’re going early in the morning. Don't forget sunscreen and a hat, too—it's sunny out there. Just embrace the experience, and have fun!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather looks sketchy, the cruise will get rescheduled for safety reasons. The company is pretty good about notifying you in advance, and they’ll work with you to find a new date that fits. Make sure to check their policy when you book!

Thinking about gifting a river cruise for manatee viewing—thoughts?

Hey everyone! I'm considering giving my partner a river cruise tour with manatee viewing in Crystal River for their birthday. I've heard it's an awesome eco-tour with lots of wildlife to see. They love photography, so I think it’d be perfect! Any tips or personal experiences? What's the best time to go?

Just did the manatee cruise—absolutely stunning!

I went on the river cruise last week, and wow, it was incredible! We saw manatees up close, and the captain was super knowledgeable about the ecosystem. The scenery is just beautiful! Definitely bring your binoculars. I can’t wait to go again! Anyone else done this recently?
