Spend the afternoon floating along the beautiful Waccamaw River on an inflatable river tube or kayak. Bring some food and drinks (or grab some from our Snack Shack) to take with you on your trip to explore the river. The duration of the trip can vary between 25 - 45 minutes depending on the flow of the river. You can do 2 - 3 trips during the 3 hour reservation window. When you arrive at our Outpost you will find: - Fun and games: enjoy our unique super sized yard games: Jenga, Connect 4, Corn Hole and more. - Amenities: 4 restrooms, 4 changing rooms with hot showers, hammocks, swings, large fire pit, picnic tables and propane grills that are available for you to use. Q: Is there an age limit for this tubing experience?

A: No specific age limit, but the minimum recommended age is around 5 years old. Kids must fit in the life vests provided! Just keep in mind that younger kids might need a parent or guardian in the water with them. It’s a family-friendly vibe, so lots of parents bring their little ones along!

Q: What should we wear for the river tubing?

A: Wear something that's okay to get wet! A bathing suit is perfect, and maybe a quick-dry shirt if you’re prone to sunburn. Flip-flops work, but you might want water shoes for better grip on the rocks. Don’t forget sunscreen! It can get pretty sunny out there.

Q: Can we reschedule if the weather looks bad?

A: Yes, you can reschedule if the weather doesn’t cooperate! Just call or email them at least 24 hours in advance. They want everyone to have a good time, so they'll work with you! Always check the weather before heading out, just in case.

So, I’m looking into getting this river tubing experience on the Waccamaw River for my buddy's birthday. I love that you can bring food and drinks! I heard they have a Snack Shack too. Has anyone done this? What’s the atmosphere like? I want to make sure it’s a fun time!

Just did the river tubing, and it was AMAZING!

Wow, I just got back from river tubing at the Waccamaw, and it was one of the best days ever! The scenery is gorgeous, and we managed to do 3 trips in our time slot. Plus, the staff were super chill. Definitely recommend bringing snacks to enjoy while floating. Anyone else experience the fire pit in the evening?
