Q&A
A: There’s no strict age limit for this tour! Kids are definitely welcome, and many families go on this adventure together. Just keep in mind that some parts of the drive can be winding and might not sit well with younger kiddos. It’s best to bring some entertainment for them and snacks from the included selection.
A: Great question! It can get pretty chilly at Haleakala, especially at sunrise or sunset. I’d recommend layering up—bring a light jacket or hoodie. During the Road to Hana part, it’s more casual since it’s warm, but having something warm for Haleakala will make all the difference!
A: Parking is included in your tour cost, so you won’t have to stress about that! The guides handle all the logistics for parking at Haleakala National Park. They’re really organized, so you can sit back and enjoy the views without worrying about where to park.

Thinking about gifting the Road to Hana and Haleakala tour—any tips?
I’m planning to get this experience for my parents’ anniversary. They love nature and want to explore Maui! I’m curious about the snack options included since they’re a bit picky. Also, any tips on which parts of the trip are must-sees?
Just did the Road to Hana and Haleakala tour—amazing experience!
I can’t believe how beautiful Haleakala is! Our guide was so knowledgeable and shared a lot of history. The drive was a bit intense but worth it. The snacks kept us energized! I'd recommend bringing a sweater for the summit. Anyone else been? What were your favorite parts?
