Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the rock climbing experience? Any special gear I need to bring?

A: You'll want to wear something comfortable and flexible, like athletic wear. The guides provide the harness, helmet, and climbing shoes, but make sure to bring a water bottle and snacks. Also, if it's sunny, a hat and sunscreen are must-haves! And don't forget your sense of adventure!

Q: Can you reschedule if the weather's bad?

A: Yes, they’re pretty flexible with rescheduling due to weather. Just contact them as soon as you know you can't make it. They want you to have a great experience when conditions are right. Always good to check their cancellation policy too!

Q: Is this suitable for kids? What age is recommended?

A: Yes! Kids as young as 10 can usually participate with a parent or guardian. It's a great way for families to bond. Just check with the guide about their specific age limits and any experience needed. They’ll tailor the experience to your group’s skill level.

Thinking about gifting the rock climbing experience at Rocky Mountain National Park!

I’m planning to surprise my boyfriend with the rock climbing experience in Estes Park. He loves outdoor adventures, but he's never climbed before. I think it’ll be perfect for him! Just wondering if the guides are good with beginners? Also, how’s the scenery up there? I've heard it's stunning!

Just did the rock climbing experience and it was AMAZING!

I went climbing at Rocky Mountain National Park last week with Kent Mountain Adventure Center, and it was one of the best experiences ever! The guides were super chill and great at explaining everything. I got a little scared at first but they kept encouraging me, and I ended up reaching the top! Totally going to brag about this one for a while. Highly recommend it!
