Exclusive access through the south entrance to the Royal Gorge Bridge and Park and to the top of Fremont Peak allow you to see and experience true Colorado beauty. Pass through a cemetery that is listed in the National Registry of Historic Places, view dinosaur footprints, and commonly see Colorado wildlife. Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the Jeep tour? I want to buy this for my kids!

A: There's no specific age limit for the Royal Gorge Loop Half Day Jeep Tour, but kids should be able to sit safely in the Jeep and enjoy the ride. It's generally best for kids 5 and up, as they can appreciate the views and the adventure. Make sure they have a good sense of adventure because some parts can be bumpy!

Q: What should we wear for the tour? Is it chilly up there?

A: Definitely dress in layers! The weather can be unpredictable in Cañon City, especially at higher elevations. I recommend wearing a light jacket or a hoodie as it can get windy at the Royal Gorge. Comfortable shoes are a must too since you might be walking a bit at stops.

Q: Can this tour be rescheduled if something comes up?

A: Yes, rescheduling is typically possible! Just make sure to call or email Colorado Jeep Tours at least 24 hours in advance. They’re pretty accommodating and want you to have a great experience, so they'll work with you if plans change. Just keep an eye on the weather too, as tours can get canceled due to severe conditions.

Just did the Royal Gorge Loop Jeep Tour - unreal views!

I took the Royal Gorge Loop Half Day Jeep Tour a couple of weeks ago and wow, it was breathtaking! The Jeep ride over the suspension bridge gave me serious chills (in a good way!). Our guide was super knowledgeable and pointed out the dinosaur footprints. I brought my camera and got some awesome shots of the gorge. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a thrill and some beautiful sights.

Thinking of gifting the Jeep tour - any thoughts?

I’m considering buying the Royal Gorge Jeep Tour as a birthday gift for my husband. He loves outdoor adventures, but I’m unsure if he'd enjoy the bumpy ride. Does anyone think it’s worth it? Also, how’s the parking situation at their Cañon City office?
