Q&A

Q: Is there a weight limit for the catamaran sailing experience?

A: There isn't a strict weight limit, but the catamaran can comfortably hold around 6-8 passengers. The USCG licensed captain will ensure everyone's safety, so just be honest about total weight. As long as you're within the normal capacity, you should be fine!

Q: What should we wear for the sailing adventure? Is it cold out there?

A: Dress in layers! It can be warm in Destin, but out on the water it can get a bit breezy. I'd recommend a light jacket or sweater just in case. Also, don't forget your sunglasses and sunscreen—definitely a must on the water!

Q: How flexible is the scheduling if we need to reschedule our sailing trip?

A: Southern Country Sailing is usually pretty accommodating with rescheduling. Just give them a call ahead of time to let them know, and they’ll help you find a new time. Keep in mind that it can depend on availability, especially during peak season.

Fantastic sailing experience in Destin!

I just got back from the 3-hour sailing adventure on the Stiletto Catamaran and wow, it was amazing! We saw dolphins swimming right alongside our boat, and the views of the emerald waters were breath-taking. The captain was super friendly and made sure everyone felt safe. Honestly, if you're looking for a unique gift or a fun day out, this is it! Priced really well for the experience too!

Thinking of gifting the sailing adventure!

I'm considering this sailing experience as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. She loves the ocean, but I’m a bit worried about sea sickness. Is it rough sailing out there? Anyone got tips?
