***Please read the entire description before purchasing. Strenuous Long Walk and doesn’t end near start location *** Come celebrate Disney's blockbuster, Hocus Pocus! Starring Better Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy, Hocus Pocus has become one of the most beloved movies. The majority of the movie was filmed in Salem in 1993. We will take you to 5 of the locations used in the filming. Along the way, you will also hear about the Salem Witch Trials, the maritime history, how we became the "Witch City", and more! *There is a considerable amount of walking (~3 miles) at a very fast pace. This walk can be very strenuous and is not recommended for those with the following: back, knee, or hip problems, respiratory, circulatory, cardiac issues or recent surgeries. Pioneer Village is a $5 optional fee (Seasonal only) ****The tour ends in a different location than the start - please plan accordingly. Transportation will not be provided by WCWT.

Q: What's the best way to prepare for the walking tour? Any tips on what to wear?

A: Definitely wear comfortable walking shoes! The tour is about 3 miles and the pace can be pretty fast. I'd recommend dressing in layers since it might get chilly in Salem, especially in the evening. Also, pack a water bottle to stay hydrated during the tour.

Q: Are there any age restrictions for this tour? Is it suitable for kids?

A: There aren't specific age restrictions, but keep in mind that the tour involves a lot of walking and some historical content that might not hold the interest of very young kids. I took my 12-year-old and she loved it, especially the trivia! It’s a great family experience if the kids enjoy Hocus Pocus.

Q: What if the weather's bad? Can we reschedule the tour?

A: If the weather looks really bad, they will reach out to you to reschedule. I had to reschedule once because of rain, and they were super accommodating. Just keep an eye on the forecast a few days ahead!

Hey everyone! I’m considering getting the Salem 'Hocus Pocus' Movie Locations Tour for my friend who is obsessed with the movie. The fact that it walks through the filming locations is super cool. I'm a bit worried though since it says the walk is 3 miles at a fast pace. Do you think it's manageable? Also, does anyone know if it’s mostly flat ground? Thanks!

Just got back from the Hocus Pocus tour! 🌕✨

Wow, what an experience! We hit all the movie spots and the guides were awesome. They told us tons of cool facts about the Salem Witch Trials too, which made it even better. Just a heads up, if you're planning to go, wear comfy shoes and be ready to walk! The pace is no joke. Definitely worth it though!
