Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on the food tour?

A: There isn't a strict age limit, but I'd recommend this for kids 10 and older. They might appreciate the flavors better, and the tour involves quite a bit of walking around downtown San Antonio. If you're bringing younger kids, just be aware they might get tired or uninterested in some of the stops.

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of the tour?

A: The tour operates rain or shine, but if there's severe weather, they may reschedule. It's best to check their policy when you book. They usually give a heads-up if things might change. Just dress appropriately for the weather!

Q: How much food is included? Will I be full afterward?

A: You'll get a good amount of tastings, definitely enough to fill you up! They serve a mix of tacos, a burger, and even a dessert, so it’s pretty substantial. I was pleasantly surprised by how much food we got during the tour!

Just did the San Antonio Food Tour and it was amazing!

I went on the Secret Food Tour in San Antonio last weekend, and wow, what an experience! We had six tastings, including some of the best tacos I've ever had and a delicious homemade sorbet. The guides were super friendly and shared such great stories about the local history. It took us through the River Walk and even near the Alamo. Highly recommend if you love food and want to learn more about the city!

Considering the food tour as a gift! Thoughts?

I'm thinking about getting the San Antonio food tour for my husband's birthday. He loves trying new foods and Tex-Mex is his favorite! Do you guys think it’s worth the price? What was your favorite dish?
