Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on the trolley or river cruise?

A: There’s actually no age limit! The trolley is pretty family-friendly. Kids can enjoy the ride, and the river cruise is also safe for little ones. Just make sure to keep an eye on them during the cruise since it can get a little crowded.

Q: How does the hop-on hop-off work? Can we just ride the trolley all day?

A: Yep, you can ride the trolley all day if you want! Just keep in mind that the ticket is valid for two days, so you can hop off at any of the 12 stops, explore, and hop back on whenever you're ready. It’s a great way to see all the sights at your own pace.

Q: What if the weather is bad? Is there a refund policy?

A: If the weather’s really bad, they might cancel the cruise for safety reasons, but you can usually reschedule for another day. Just keep an eye on the weather forecast, and if it looks sketchy, it’s best to call ahead. No one wants to get soaked while sightseeing!

Hey everyone! I just got back from the San Antonio Trolley and Go Rio Riverwalk Cruise combo and it was AMAZING! We visited the Alamo, hung out at the Pearl district, and the river cruise was super relaxing. We had the narration that really brought the history to life. The whole 2-day access gave us plenty of time to explore. Definitely recommend it for families or history buffs!

Considering the Trolley and Riverwalk Cruise as a gift - worth it?

I’m thinking of getting this tour for my parents as a gift. They love history and exploring new places. Is it as good as it sounds? How’s the food around the stops? Any must-visit places?
