San Diego Private Morning Sail up to 12 guests

This private morning sail is a great way to start the day. Mornings are best to go see San Diego's wildlife because there is little wind and few waves, allowing us to easily cross over to Point Loma.

This private morning sail is a great way to start the day. Mornings are best to go see San Diego's wildlife because there is little wind and few waves, allowing us to easily cross over to Point Loma. The bay will most likely have a calm gentle surface, allowing us to go with our motor with minimal leaning. Q&A

Q: Is there a weight limit for the sailboat?

A: There's no strict weight limit, but the sailboat can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Just keep in mind that if you’re planning to bring a lot of extras like food or drinks, it might be good to keep it light to ensure everyone's comfort. Just make sure everyone can fit comfortably and enjoy the ride!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the sail?

A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, Sea Monkey Adventures will work with you to reschedule your sail to another day that works for you. They keep an eye on the forecast, and safety is the top priority. Just be sure to check the weather as the date approaches!

Q: What should we wear for the morning sail? Is it chilly?

A: Mornings can be a bit cool on the water, so I'd recommend layers. A light jacket or windbreaker is perfect! The wind can pick up a little, but they do provide windproof blankets onboard. Just wear comfortable shoes and maybe a hat for the sun, too. Better safe than sorry!

Just booked a morning sail with Sea Monkey Adventures!

I just got this private morning sail for my family and I can’t wait! It’s for 12 people so I invited my whole fam. We’ll get to enjoy some Milano cookies and coconut water while seeing the wildlife around Point Loma! I’m a bit nervous about the weather but they say it’s pretty calm in the mornings. Anyone else done this? What should we really look out for?

Experience Review: Morning Sail with Sea Monkey Adventures

Just got back from our sail and wow, it was amazing! The views of San Diego were stunning, and the wildlife was out! We had a small group and it felt very private. The captain was super chill and made it fun. The blankets helped with the morning chill. Totally recommend it for families or friends!
