Q&A

Q: What's the parking situation like for the Downtown Tour?

A: Parking can be a bit tricky since Downtown San Diego gets busy, especially on weekends. There are metered street parking spots available, but I recommend checking out the nearby parking garages. They’re a bit pricier but usually easier to find a spot. Just plan to arrive a little early to make sure you find something!

Q: Are kids allowed on the tour? My niece loves food, but she's only 10.

A: Yes, kids are welcome on the tours! Just keep in mind that the food is geared toward adults, so it might be a new experience for her. You’ll probably want to check with the organizers in advance about any specific dietary needs she has, just to make sure she gets something she likes.

Q: What kind of food do you actually get on the North Park Tour?

A: On the North Park Tour, you'll try a variety of vegan dishes from local spots. Think unique pizzas, delicious tacos, and even some desserts. The exact offerings can change, but you'll get a good mix of savory and sweet. You'll definitely leave full and happy!

Thinking of gifting the San Diego Vegan Food Tour!

So, I'm considering this vegan food tour for my best friend's birthday. She's a total foodie and always looking for new places to try. I've never done a food tour before, though. Are the portions sizable? I want to make sure she gets a good experience! Plus, how's the vibe with the group?

Anyone tried the Downtown Tour? Need some tips!

I'm planning to go on the Downtown Vegan Food Tour this Saturday! I’ve heard great things about the Gaslamp area. What should I wear? Any tips on how to maximize the experience? Also, is it easy to find the meeting spot?
