Q&A
A: Definitely layer up! It can get pretty chilly once the sun goes down, especially with the wind on the water. I'd recommend a warm jacket, maybe a hat and gloves too. Also, the boat has a bar, so you might want to grab a hot drink to keep warm during the cruise.
A: Parking can be tricky in that area, especially on weekends. I'd recommend arriving early to find a spot. There are some paid parking lots nearby, but they fill up fast. If you can, consider using public transport or rideshare to avoid the hassle.
A: If the weather is really bad, they usually will cancel the cruise for safety and offer you a chance to reschedule. You can also check their website for updates before your cruise. Just keep an eye on the forecast!

Just went on the San Francisco City Lights Cruise!
I recently took the San Francisco City Lights Cruise, and wow, it was amazing! Seeing the Golden Gate Bridge lit up at night was just stunning. The drinks on board were nice too, although they don’t have narration, which I thought was fine. Just make sure to bring warm clothes because it gets breezy! Totally recommend it as a date night or for anyone visiting the city.
Looking for a romantic gift? Consider the City Lights Cruise!
I'm planning to gift my partner the San Francisco City Lights Cruise for our anniversary. I think it’ll be so cool to sail past the city skyline at night. I’m a little worried about the weather, though—what if it rains? Anyone have experience with that? I really want this to be special!
