Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids at SFMOMA?

A: There isn't a strict age limit for kids at SFMOMA! They actually have a lot of kid-friendly programs and art workshops, which is great. Just keep in mind that while kids are welcome, some of the exhibitions might not be super engaging for younger ones. It's a fantastic place for families though, especially with the outdoor spaces!

Q: How's parking around SFMOMA? Is it tough to find a spot?

A: Parking can be a bit tricky, especially on weekends. There's a parking garage on Howard Street right next to the museum, which is super convenient. Expect to pay around $20 for a few hours, but if you get there early, you might find street parking too. Just keep an eye on the meters!

Q: Can I reschedule my visit if plans change?

A: Yep, you can definitely reschedule! Just make sure to do it through their website or contact their customer service. They’re pretty flexible as long as you give them some notice. It's great for those last-minute plan changes.

Thinking of gifting SFMOMA tickets! Any tips?

Hey everyone! I’m considering giving a couple of SFMOMA tickets to my sister and her husband. They've never been, and I think they'd love it. I heard there's a ton of cool stuff to see and the rooftop views are amazing! What do you think? Any advice on the best time to visit or what not to miss?

Visited SFMOMA recently - my thoughts!

Just got back from SFMOMA and wow, it was incredible! The art collection is massive, and I loved the special exhibitions. The layout makes it easy to explore all seven floors without feeling overwhelmed. Plus, the outdoor terraces have some of the best views of the city. If you haven't been, you have to go!
