A: Hey! If the weather doesn’t cooperate, Matt will definitely work with you to reschedule. I went on a tour in July and it was drizzling, but he just adjusted our itinerary to include more indoor spots. Super flexible and understanding!

Q: Is this tour good for kids? What should they wear?

A: Absolutely! Matt is super friendly with kids and tailors the tour to keep them engaged. I took my 10-year-old and he loved exploring the city by the Wharf. Just have them wear comfy shoes since there’s a lot of walking involved.

Q: How do the vehicle tours work? Is there a pickup/dropoff?

A: Yes, there’s hotel pickup and dropoff for vehicle tours! Matt made it super convenient for us since we stayed in Union Square. The vehicle is comfortable and spacious, perfect for seeing the sights without getting tired from walking too much.

Just did the Private City Tour and WOW!

I surprised my partner with the San Francisco Private City Tour, and it was incredible! Matt knows all the best spots, from the Golden Gate to hidden murals in the Mission.
