Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this private tour?

A: There isn't a strict age limit! This tour is pretty flexible and can be enjoyable for kids of all ages. If you have little ones, I’d recommend discussing it with your host to tailor the itinerary to include kid-friendly spots in San Francisco, like the Exploratorium or playgrounds with great views. Just make sure to mention it when you fill out the questionnaire after booking.

Q: What's the best way to get around during the tour? Can we use public transport?

A: You can definitely use public transport! Your host can suggest the best routes and options based on your itinerary. The Muni and BART are pretty convenient around the city. But if you prefer walking, that’s an option too since a lot of the highlights are fairly close to each other. Just keep in mind that SF has some steep hills!

Q: What if the weather's bad? Do they reschedule or refund?

A: If the weather's really bad, you can definitely reschedule. The hosts are pretty understanding about that! Just communicate with them as soon as you notice a weather issue, and they’ll help you find a new time that works. It’s all about making sure you have a great experience, rain or shine!

Just did the San Francisco private tour and it was amazing!

I booked the private tour with a local guide last weekend and wow, it was so personalized! Our host took us to some off-the-beaten-path spots that I would've never discovered on my own. The views from Twin Peaks were insane! We also tried some delicious tacos from a food truck I can't remember the name of, but it was so good! Highly recommend this for anyone visiting!
