Q&A

Q: Can we customize our tour stops based on interests?

A: Absolutely! The guide can tailor the tour to include stops that interest you or the gift recipient. Just let them know what you’re into, like history, food, or art, and they’ll make it happen. It's a great way to make the experience feel personal!

Q: What's the best time of year to do the walking tour?

A: Ideally, spring and fall are great times to do this tour. The weather is usually mild, and the city isn't as crowded. Summer can be foggy, especially near the coast, so keep that in mind if you're hoping for clear views.

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the tour?

A: No age restrictions! It’s suitable for all ages. If you have younger kids, just make sure they can walk for a few hours. The guide can adjust the pace if needed, and there are plenty of stops for snacks and photos.

Thinking about gifting the San Francisco Walking Tour!

Hey folks! I'm considering this private walking tour for my partner's birthday. We've been to San Francisco a few times, but this looks like a great way to experience it through a local’s eyes. I want to make sure it's worth it though—has anyone done this recently? Any tips on what stops are the best?

Just did the San Francisco Walking Tour!

I just finished the Golden Icons & Waterfronts Walking Tour and wow, it was better than I expected! Our guide was super knowledgeable and shared such cool stories about the city. We loved the views at Lombard Street and the murals at Coit Tower. Ending at Pier 39 with the sea lions was perfect! If you’re on the fence about it, go for it!
