Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit, but I recommend it for kids 10 and up since they need to read clues and understand the app. My 12-year-old had a blast! Just keep in mind that younger kids might need some adult supervision. Also, be prepared to run a bit; it’s pretty active.
A: If the weather's really bad, like heavy rain or storms, they might reschedule. You’ll get a message through the app if that happens. But a little drizzle won’t stop the fun! Just dress for the weather, and you’ll be fine.
A: The hunt is designed to last about an hour, but you can definitely take your time. Some teams finish faster, while others get really into it and spend longer. It’s totally flexible, so you can pace yourself and enjoy the scenery, too!

Just did the San Mateo scavenger hunt and it was epic!
I surprised my friends with the Zombie Scavengers hunt last weekend in San Mateo, and we had such a blast! They give you this app where you find items like canned food and first aid kits all over town. We raced against the clock and had to do some goofy zombie tasks. It took about 1.5 hours since we really got into it! Definitely a great gift idea for anyone who loves games and adventure. Highly recommend!
Thinking of gifting the scavenger hunt, but is it suitable for all ages?
Hey guys! I’m considering getting this scavenger hunt for my teenage cousins for Christmas. They love anything interactive and adventurous! Just worried if it’s too much for younger kids. Anyone know if it’s too tough for them? Any tips would be appreciated!
