Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for driving the Moke? Thinking of getting this for my teen.

A: There's no strict age limit, but you do need a valid driver's license to operate the Moke. It's perfect for teens with a license, and they’ll love the open-air experience while cruising around the islands. Just make sure they know the basics of driving a small vehicle!

Q: What's the best time of year to do this? I want a sunny day!

A: The best time is definitely late spring to early fall when it's warm and sunny. Just keep an eye on the weather, especially during hurricane season (June to November). Also, be ready for afternoon showers in the summer, but they usually pass quickly!

Q: What should we wear for this Moke adventure? Is it super messy?

A: Comfortable clothing is key! I'd recommend wearing shorts or a bathing suit and a light top. You might get sandy depending on which beaches you visit. Don’t forget sandals or flip-flops! A hat and sunglasses are also great for sun protection.

Just went on the Moke Adventure and it was AMAZING!

I just got back from the Sanibel Captiva Island Moke Adventure and wow, what a day! We rented a Moke and drove all over the islands. Stopped at Lighthouse Beach Park, saw dolphins, and even grabbed lunch at Doc Ford’s. The Moke is super easy to drive and cruising with the top down felt awesome! Totally recommend it for a fun day out, especially if you love the beach vibe.

Thinking of gifting the Moke experience—any thoughts?

I'm considering getting the Sanibel Moke trip for my sister's birthday. She loves exploring new places and the vintage vibe seems perfect for her! I’m curious about how long you can rent it for and if it’s easy to navigate around the island? Any tips would be great!
