Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the Savannah Ghost Tour?

A: The Savannah Ghost Tour is generally suitable for older kids and adults. That said, I’d recommend it for ages 12 and up, mainly because of some of the spooky stories. However, younger kids are welcome as long as they're accompanied by an adult. Just keep in mind that it can get a bit intense with the ghost stories!

Q: What should we wear for the ghost tour? Is it a lot of walking?

A: Definitely wear comfortable shoes because you'll be walking about a mile through the Historic District! Dress for the weather, too—if it’s chilly, a light jacket is a good idea since you’ll be outside at night. Layers are your friend!

Q: Do you have to book in advance, or can you just show up?

A: It's best to book in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons. Patrick tends to keep groups small for a more intimate experience, so spots can fill up fast. You can usually book online on his website—just check for any available dates!

Just did the ghost tour with the Guy in the Kilt—SO much fun!

I went on the Savannah Ghost Tour with Patrick Burns last weekend, and what a blast! He shares his own spooky stories which are super cool. We visited a few haunted spots and even stopped by a bar for a drink (definitely a great perk!). I’d say the tour is family-friendly but just keep in mind that some parts might freak out younger kids. Overall, totally recommend it for anyone visiting Savannah!

Thinking about gifting the Ghost Tour—any feedback?

I'm eyeing the Savannah Ghost Tour with Patrick as a gift for my sister’s birthday. She's really into ghost stories and loves Savannah. Just wondering if you've all had a good experience or if you think it’s worth it?
