Q&A
A: There's no specific age limit for this tour! It's family-friendly and kids are totally welcome. Just keep in mind that some of the historical content might be more suited for older kids. But, the guide, KT O'Brien, is great with kids and keeps it engaging for everyone!
A: Great question! The tour goes through the historic squares, which are mostly paved, but you'll definitely want comfy shoes since you’ll be walking a fair bit. Dress for the weather, and maybe bring a light jacket if it’s breezy. Savannah can get warm, so layers work well!
A: Yes, the tour can be rescheduled if the weather isn’t cooperating! Just contact the provider directly. They are pretty flexible with rescheduling and will help you find another date that works. Definitely a good idea to check the forecast before booking!

Thinking about gifting the Savannah Irish History Walking Tour!
I’m planning to surprise my parents with the Savannah Irish History Walking Tour since we have Irish roots. I love that it covers the historic squares and ends at the Celtic Cross—sounds so meaningful! Has anyone done it? What did you think? Any tips for making the experience even better?
Just got back from the Irish History Walking Tour!
I went on the Savannah Irish History Walking Tour last week and it was fantastic! KT O’Brien was so knowledgeable. I didn’t realize how much Irish culture is woven into Savannah's history. Ending at Emmet Park felt really special. I’d totally recommend it for anyone interested in history or just looking for a nice walk!
