Q&A
A: There’s no strict age limit for the Savor Bar Harbor Culinary Walking Tour! It’s great for food lovers of all ages. However, keep in mind it involves walking, so younger kids might need to be able to keep up with the pace. All participants will receive the same culinary delights, so even adults can enjoy it with their kids. Just make sure they have a good appetite! :)
A: Definitely go for casual! Comfortable walking shoes are a must since you’ll be strolling around Bar Harbor. Layers are also a good idea because it can get breezy near the harbor. I saw people in shorts, t-shirts, and even some in light jackets. You want to enjoy the food without feeling restricted!
A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, Maine Day Ventures has a policy for rescheduling. They’ll let you know in advance if a tour is canceled due to severe weather. It’s best to check the forecast and perhaps book a later date if rain is expected. Just call ahead, and they’ll be super helpful in finding an alternative!

Just did the Savor Bar Harbor Culinary Walking Tour and it was AMAZING!
I surprised my partner with this tour while we were in Bar Harbor last month, and we loved every minute of it! The local food was just incredible, especially the lobster rolls at one of the stops. I didn’t expect to learn so much about the history of the town while enjoying lunch. The guides were super knowledgeable and fun! If you're on the fence about getting this as a gift, just do it! You won’t regret it.
Thinking of giving the Bar Harbor culinary tour as a gift!
I’m looking for a unique experience to give my foodie brother for his birthday. This culinary walking tour seems perfect! What do you all think? Is it really worth it? What are the best stops?
