Q&A
A: There's no strict weight limit, but Coach Tara caters the pace to ensure everyone can enjoy the walk. It's a casual stroll, so as long as she's comfortable walking on sand and can keep up with a light pace, she should be just fine! Plus, the guided moments are perfect for slowing down if needed.
A: If the weather isn't great, Coach Tara will contact you to reschedule. They’re super flexible with that! Refunds aren’t usually offered, but you can just book for another day, which I think is great since you still get to experience it.
A: Comfortable clothing is key! Think shorts and a tank top or a breezy dress. Since it’s a mix of walking and self-care moments, wear something you can move in but still feel relaxed. Also, definitely bring sunscreen and maybe a hat!

Just did the Savor the Sea tour, and wow!
I surprised my sister with the Savor the Sea walking tour last weekend, and it was amazing! Coach Tara was super engaging and really knows her stuff about local fish and healthy eating. The picnic at the beach was the highlight—fresh food with a killer view. We even got a cool cotton backpack as a surprise! Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and learn about healthy living!
Considering gifting the Savor the Sea tour!
I’m eyeing the Savor the Sea experience for my mom. She loves wellness stuff and beach walks, but is it suitable for someone who might need a break during the walk? Like, is there a place to sit or rest?
