Q: Is there a weight limit for the walking part of the tour? I want to gift this to my aunt who's a bit older.

A: There's no strict weight limit, but Coach Tara caters the pace to ensure everyone can enjoy the walk. It's a casual stroll, so as long as she's comfortable walking on sand and can keep up with a light pace, she should be just fine! Plus, the guided moments are perfect for slowing down if needed.

Q: What if it rains? Do we get to reschedule or get a refund?

A: If the weather isn't great, Coach Tara will contact you to reschedule. They’re super flexible with that! Refunds aren’t usually offered, but you can just book for another day, which I think is great since you still get to experience it.

Q: What should I wear for the beach walk? Is it more active or chill?

A: Comfortable clothing is key! Think shorts and a tank top or a breezy dress. Since it’s a mix of walking and self-care moments, wear something you can move in but still feel relaxed. Also, definitely bring sunscreen and maybe a hat!
