Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this e-bike tour? Can kids join?

A: Great question! The e-bike tour is suitable for ages 12 and up, but kids under 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult. It's a fun way to explore, especially for families. Just make sure they feel comfortable riding a bike since the terrain has some paved roads and boardwalks.

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of our tour? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather isn't cooperating, the tour can be rescheduled without any extra fee. It's better to ride when it's nice out, and they understand that! Just contact them before your time slot, and they'll work with you to find a new date.

Q: What should we wear for the e-bike tour? Any specific recommendations?

A: For the e-bike tour, wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. You might want to bring sunglasses and a hat if it's sunny. The tour goes through some wooded areas and marshes, so layers are good in case it gets breezy. Also, don’t forget sunscreen!

Just did the e-bike tour in Charleston and it was epic!

I went on the Scenic Charleston Harbor E-Bike Tour this past weekend and wow, it was amazing! We saw the base of the Ravenel Bridge and a ton of dolphins swimming along the way. The guide was super friendly and made sure everyone was comfortable with the e-bikes. We even stopped for milkshakes afterward which was the cherry on top! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun day out. 🚴‍♂️🐬

Considering the e-bike tour as a gift. Is it worth it?

I'm thinking of getting this e-bike tour for my partner's birthday since we love outdoor activities. We’ve been to Charleston a bunch of times, but this would be something new! Is it fun for people who aren't super experienced riders? What was your favorite part?
