Just got back from the sushi-making class in San Jose!

OMG, I just took the sushi-making class at Cozymeal in San Jose and it was a blast! We made spicy tuna rolls and nigiri, and the chef was super chill. I went with my sister, and we both learned so much about knife skills and rice prep. Plus, the spicy sesame edamame was a great start! Can't recommend it enough for anyone into sushi. Can't wait to try making it at home!

Considering gifting the sushi-making class—thoughts?

I'm thinking about getting this sushi-making class in San Jose as a gift for my husband's birthday. He's never made sushi before but loves eating it. Do you think it's a good idea? Also, how's the food? Is it really worth it?
