Q&A
A: Unfortunately, the Victoria Clipper does not allow pets in the passenger area. If you're traveling with a pet, you'll need to make other arrangements for them. However, they do have a pet-friendly service if you’re looking for alternatives, but it’s outside the ferry experience.
A: If the weather’s bad, they usually provide updates via email or their website. You can often reschedule for free, but it’s worth checking their policy beforehand. I've been able to change my date without a hitch when the forecast looked grim.
A: The best way is to take public transit if you can! The Link Light Rail will get you pretty close to the terminal. If you prefer driving, there’s parking available, but it can get pricey. I’d suggest arriving a bit early to find a spot. Also, consider rideshares; it can take the stress out of parking.

Thinking of gifting the ferry ride to my parents this holiday!
Has anyone done the Seattle to Victoria ferry? I'm planning on gifting my parents a one-way ticket. They love the idea of skipping the drive and it seems like a lovely cruise through the Puget Sound. Just wondering if the experience is as good as it sounds! What should they expect?
Has anyone experienced the ferry ride recently?
I’m considering this ferry trip for a fun day trip in November. Is it still running regularly? What’s the vibe like on board? I really want it to be a memorable experience.
