Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the private tours? I'm thinking of booking for my grandparents.

A: No age restrictions here! The tours are very customizable, and the guide specializes in senior tours, so they're great for your grandparents. Just communicate any specific needs or interests they have, and the guide will tailor the experience. Plus, walking is at a comfortable pace!

Q: What should I wear for the tour? Is it mostly walking?

A: Definitely wear comfortable shoes! It’s mostly walking, especially if you want to see the close-up sights like Independence Hall. Layers are a good idea too, since Philly weather can be unpredictable. If you're going when it's hot, don’t forget sunscreen and a hat!

Q: How do parking fees work if I'm driving? Is there a lot nearby?

A: The good news is that parking fees are included in the tour price when necessary! The guide knows the area well and can help you find the best spots. Just let them know if you're driving, and they'll handle the details so you can focus on enjoying the tour.

Thinking of booking a customized tour for my parents' anniversary!

Hey everyone! I’m looking at the See My Philadelphia tours for my parents’ anniversary next month, and it sounds awesome! They’re history buffs, so I think visiting Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell would be perfect. I love that it’s private and customizable! Has anyone done this? Any tips?

Just did a private tour—so worth it!

I finally went on a customized tour with See My Philadelphia last week, and it was amazing! Our guide took us to the Rocky steps and then tailored the rest based on what we wanted to see. I loved the historical stories! Highly recommend for anyone who wants something beyond the usual tour.
