Q&A
A: Yes, you can absolutely use the audio tour even if it rains! Since you'll be mostly in your car, you can explore the park's highlights without getting soaked. Just make sure to check the weather before you go so you can plan accordingly, but the audio tour is designed for any weather. Just keep your windows up and enjoy the ride!
A: Absolutely! The audio tour has engaging stories and fun facts that kids will love. I'd say it's good for ages 5 and up. My kids enjoyed the lighthouse stories and loved spotting the animals in the park. Just make sure to keep the conversations lively and maybe have a little quiz during the drive to keep them engaged!
A: The directions are super clear! As long as you download the tour beforehand, it’ll guide you through automatically as you drive. I’m not the best with maps, and I had no issues. The audio cues will let you know when to turn and what you should be looking for. Seriously, it’s like having a personal guide right in your car!

Just did the Acadia audio tour and wow!
I just finished the self-guided audio tour in Acadia National Park and I can't recommend it enough! The stories were so interesting, especially about the Carriage Roads. It’s amazing how much you can learn just driving around! Plus, we found some hidden gems that we never would’ve seen without it. Planning to gift it to my brother's family for their trip next month. Anyone else done this?
Thinking about the Acadia audio tour as a gift!
I’m considering buying the self-guided audio tour for my parents. They love Maine and Acadia, but I’m not sure if they’d enjoy it or get lost. Anyone have thoughts on how user-friendly it is for older folks?
