Using our unique Sensational Sea Scooter allows you to see more of the reef than with traditional swimming. Prepare to dip below the ocean waters to view the ocean's unique sea life. All participants will be supplied with a Sea Scooter. * dry top snorkeling tube, mask, and adjustable fins. (Optional) You will check-in and meet Our Experienced Staff at our Tiki Hut (Kiosk) on the ground level of Harbor Mall. You will pick up and drop off all your rental items at our Kiosk at Harbor Mall all rentals must be returned by 3:00 pm Hawaii time the same day.

Q: Are there age limits for using the sea scooters? I want to gift this to my kids!

A: Yes, there is a minimum age limit of 8 years to use the sea scooters. Kids under that age can still snorkel, but they won’t be able to operate a scooter. Also, make sure they’re comfortable swimming since they'll be in the ocean. It’s a great family activity!

Q: What's the cancellation policy if the weather is bad?

A: If the weather isn't suitable for the sea scooter experience, they will typically reschedule your booking for a different day. Just keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your rental day. Their staff are super helpful in making sure you get to enjoy this experience safely!

Q: What should I wear for the sea scooter rental? Do I need to bring anything specific?

A: You'll want to wear a swimsuit and maybe a rash guard to protect yourself from the sun. The rental includes fins, a mask, and the sea scooter, but definitely bring a towel and some sunscreen. They do have dry top snorkeling tubes which are nice to use, but if you have your own, bring it!

I took a chance and booked the Sensational Sea Scooter Rentals for my vacation in Kauai, and wow, it did not disappoint! We met the staff at the Tiki Hut, and they were super friendly. The scooters made it easy to check out the reef without exhausting myself swimming. We saw so many colorful fish! Definitely recommend it if you're looking for an adventure. Just be ready to swim a bit and remember to check-in by 3 PM to return everything. Worth every penny!
