Q&A
A: There’s no official age limit, so your 10-year-old should be just fine! The hike to Seven Falls has quite a few steps (224), but many kids handle it well with a little encouragement. Just make sure she’s comfortable with hiking and can handle some elevation. Also, bring plenty of water to keep her hydrated!
A: Layering is key! Mornings can be chilly, especially at Seven Falls, but it warms up fast. I’d recommend wearing comfortable hiking shoes and bringing a light jacket. Also, don’t forget sunscreen and a hat, especially for the Garden of the Gods since there’s not much shade.
A: Yes! Scout allows rescheduling if the weather doesn’t cooperate. Just give them a call or email ahead of time, and they’ll help you find another day. It’s really flexible, which is great because the mountains can be unpredictable!

Just did the Seven Falls and Garden of the Gods experience!
OMG, you guys! I just got back from the Seven Falls and Garden of the Gods experience, and it was incredible! The falls are so beautiful, and climbing the 224 steps was totally worth it for the views. The picnic was well done, too — I had a turkey sandwich that was surprisingly tasty. We then drove through the Garden of the Gods, and the rock formations are epic. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for something special in Denver!
Thinking of gifting the Seven Falls experience!
Hey everyone! I’m considering gifting the Seven Falls and Garden of the Gods experience to my parents for their anniversary. They love nature and exploring new places. Do you think it’s a good idea? Plus, how’s the transportation they provide? Is it comfy?
