Q&A

Q: What's the best time of year to do the Seven Isles Tour? I want to avoid bad weather!

A: The best time to go is definitely during the fall or spring when the weather is milder. Summer can be hot, and there's a higher chance of thunderstorms. Plus, the mangroves look beautiful when the flowers bloom in spring! Just make sure to check the forecast a day or two before your trip.

Q: Is there an age limit for kids to go on the tour? Would it work for my 8-year-old?

A: There’s no strict age limit, but kids typically need to be able to paddle on their own or ride with an adult. The guides are great with families, so they can help make it a fun experience for everyone! Just check in when booking to see if they have any specific requirements.

Q: Can you tell me more about the kayak vs paddleboard option? Which is better for beginners?

A: If you're a beginner, I’d recommend the kayak. It feels more stable, especially if you're worried about falling in. Paddleboarding can be fun too, but it takes a bit more balance. The guides will help you decide based on your comfort level!

Just did the Seven Isles Tour and it was amazing!

I recently took the Seven Isles Tour with Sunrise Paddleboards and wow, what an experience! We got to see these gorgeous mansions and the guide was super knowledgeable about the area and the history of the Bonnet House. The mangroves felt like a hidden gem! I did the kayak option, and I felt so safe with the life jacket and the guide's tips. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale!

Considering the Seven Isles Tour as a surprise gift!

I’m thinking of getting this Seven Isles Tour for my sister’s birthday! She loves paddleboarding and I heard the views are incredible. But I’m a bit nervous about how to plan it. Any tips? Is it easy to get there and what should I wear?
