Located on Conesus Lake, visit us and sample our four best-selling wines paired with cheese and chocolate. The sampling includes four gold medal awarded wines, Conesus White, Runway Red, Pebble Beach Blush and Max Black. Conesus White and Runway Red will each be paired with cheese while Pebble Beach Blush and Max Black will each be paired with chocolate. This will be a seated tasting and will also include a description of the wines.

Q: What's the age requirement for this wine tasting experience?

A: You must be at least 21 to participate in the wine tasting, since it involves alcohol. If you’re bringing someone younger, they can join in for the chocolate and cheese pairing, but they’ll have to sit out the wine sampling. Make sure to check their ID at the entrance!

A: Yes, you can reschedule! Just contact Deer Run Winery directly at least 24 hours in advance. They’re pretty accommodating, but it's best to let them know as soon as possible if something comes up.

Q: What should you wear to the tasting at Conesus Lake?

A: Casual but nice is the way to go! Since it’s a seated tasting, you can be comfortable, but I’d suggest avoiding flip-flops or anything too beachy. If it’s sunny, don't forget sunglasses! And maybe a light jacket if you're there in the evening.

I’m planning to surprise my partner with this experience at Deer Run Winery. The idea of pairing the gold medal wines with chocolate and cheese sounds amazing! Just got back from the wine tasting at Conesus Lake!

Wow, what an experience! We sampled the Conesus White and Runway Red with cheese, and the Pebble Beach Blush and Max Black with chocolate. It was such a chill atmosphere. The staff really know their wines, and it was super informative. Highly recommend it as a gift or for yourselves!
