Q: Are there any age restrictions for the shark dive experience?

A: Yes, there is a minimum age requirement of 10 years old for the shark dive. Kids under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign a waiver. Just make sure they’re comfortable in the water since it can be a bit intense!

Q: What do I need to wear for the shark dive? Is there any gear provided?

A: You’ll just need to wear a swimsuit. The crew provides you with a mask, snorkel, fins, and a wetsuit shirt top, which is super convenient! They even have bottled water for you, so just bring sunscreen and a towel.

Q: Is there a chance of this being canceled due to weather conditions?

A: Yes, if the weather doesn’t cooperate, they might have to reschedule. They’ll usually notify you the day before or the morning of the dive. It's a good idea to keep your schedule flexible just in case!

Hey, has anyone done the private shark dive with Go Adventure Hawaii? It sounds incredible, but I’m a bit nervous about him getting in the water without a cage. The reviews seem great, and I love that they teach you about the ocean! Any tips for making it a special day?

Just got back from the shark dive! It was AMAZING!

I can’t recommend this enough! We had a private charter with Go Adventure Hawaii and saw so many sharks. The crew were super friendly, and I loved that they provided all the gear. Definitely a bucket list experience! Plus, Oahu is gorgeous. Just be ready for some excitement!
