The 3-Hr Shell Island Snorkel & Dolphin Cruise aboard the Island Time Sailing Catamaran is a great way to have fun in the sun and enjoy the best of what Panama City Beach has to offer! Cruise over to Shell Island where you and the whole family can snorkel to find exciting shells and sea life, swim up to the island to explore or paddle board around the boat. After about an hour you will depart the island to head out to the Gulf for sightseeing and dolphin watching and sailing! The cruise ends with contests and dancing. We offer 2 different catamarans for this trip. They are very similar, but have a few differences. The "Island Time" is equipped with a water slide and no over the water nets. While the "Island Time II" has over the water nets located in the front of the boat and no water slide.  (Please note: This tour departs from Panama City Beach, FL, which is about 3 hours East of Pensacola.)

Q: What’s the age limit for kids on this catamaran cruise?

A: There's no strict age limit, but kids should be at least 5 years old to snorkel and enjoy the activities safely. You can bring younger kids, but keep an eye on them since they’ll need adult supervision. Just remember to pack life jackets for little ones if they don’t provide them.

Q: What do we need to wear for snorkeling? Is it warm enough?

A: Definitely wear your swimsuit since you’ll be getting wet while snorkeling and swimming! It's usually warm in Panama City Beach, but I recommend bringing a light cover-up for after getting out of the water. And don’t forget your sunscreen and a hat!

Q: What’s the cancellation policy if the weather’s bad?

A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, they usually reschedule you for another day or offer a full refund if that doesn’t work. It’s best to call ahead if you’re unsure, just to get the latest update. Safety’s always the priority!

I’m looking at buying this for my husband’s birthday. He loves the ocean and the idea of snorkeling and maybe seeing dolphins is super appealing! Can anyone share if the water slide is worth it or should we just stick to the nets on the other boat? Any pros or cons?
