Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for children on this tour?

A: No specific age limit, but I'd recommend this for kids 10 and up. The walking part at Stanford and the tech sites can be quite informative, so older kids usually get more out of it. Just make sure they can handle a couple of hours on foot, and you should be golden!

Q: What do we wear for the tour? Is it mostly outdoors?

A: Dress comfortably! It’s mostly walking, so wear good shoes. Layers are a must since it can get cool in the Bay Area, especially in the morning. You’ll be outside a bit at the campuses, but some parts are in the vehicle. So, yeah, just be prepared for anything!

Q: Can we reschedule if something comes up?

A: Yes! They’re pretty flexible with rescheduling. Just reach out to them as soon as you can. I had to change my date last minute due to a family issue, and they were super accommodating. They want you to have a good experience!
