Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the Chilkoot Trail Hike and Float Tour?

A: The tour is family-friendly, but kids should be at least 10 years old to participate. It's a moderately strenuous hike, so make sure they're comfortable with that! If you have younger kids, the guide may have suggestions for alternative activities in the area.

Q: What should we wear for the hike and float tour?

A: Layering is key! Wear moisture-wicking clothes, sturdy hiking shoes, and don't forget a rain jacket, just in case. It can get chilly on the water, so maybe bring a light fleece as well. Sunglasses and sunscreen are a must for the float part!

Q: How difficult is the hike? I'm worried about keeping up.

A: The hike is moderately strenuous, but there's no rush! The guides are super supportive and will help you along the way. Just make sure you're in decent shape. If you hike regularly or do some walking beforehand, you should be fine!
