Q&A
A: There’s no strict age limit, but I’d say it’s best for kids ages 8 and up who can at least stand on a board. The tour is really about having fun, so as long as they can keep up and wear the gear provided, they should be good to go! Sammy is great with all ages and makes sure everyone feels comfortable.
A: Comfort is key! Wear something you can move in easily, like athletic shorts or joggers and a breathable t-shirt. Sneakers are a must; avoid sandals or flip-flops. Layer up in case it gets chilly near the parks, but the gear they provide (helmets, pads) is all you'll need for protection. Just have fun!
A: Parking can be a bit tricky in Santa Barbara, especially on weekends. There are some public lots and street parking near the skateparks, but I'd recommend arriving early just to be safe. Sammy usually gives a few tips on where to park when you book, and some areas might even have a parking fee, so keep that in mind!

Thinking about gifting the skateboard tour in Santa Barbara!
Hey everyone, I’m thinking about getting this skateboard tour for my brother who’s an avid skater. He’s always talking about Santa Barbara’s scene and I think this would be perfect! I love that they provide the skateboard and safety gear, which is great because he’s kinda picky about his own stuff. Has anyone done it? Would it be fun for a beginner too?
Had an amazing time on the skateboard tour!
Just got back from the skateboard tour in Santa Barbara and wow, what a blast! Sammy took us to some iconic spots that I’ve only seen in videos. The vibe was super chill and everyone was encouraged, regardless of skill. It’s really a cool way to see the city too! Plus, the gear they provided was top-notch. Highly recommend it if you’re thinking about it!
