Q&A
A: The spring and fall are generally the best times to visit. The weather is pleasant, and you'll avoid the peak summer crowds. If you can, try to go during a weekday as weekends tend to be busier. Just keep an eye on weather forecasts since it can affect ferry services!
A: Nope, there’s no strict age limit! Kids are totally welcome. It’s educational and fun for all ages, but I'd recommend keeping an eye on younger ones since it can be a lot of walking.
A: You’ll be mostly indoors at Ellis Island, but the ferry ride is outside, so dress in layers! Comfortable shoes are a must, as there’s a lot of walking. Also, check the weather because it can get windy on the water.

Thinking about gifting the Ellis Island tour - anyone done this?
I want to get this Ellis Island tour for my parents who are super into history. They love learning about immigration stories and whatnot. The whole skip the line feature is a huge plus! I’m just worried about if it might be too much walking for them. Any thoughts or experiences?
Just did the Ellis Island tour, and wow!
I finally got around to doing the Skip the Line Ellis Island tour last week and it was fantastic! The ferry ride past the Statue of Liberty was epic. Our guide was super knowledgeable and made history come alive. The photos we got from the professional photographer were awesome too! Totally worth it!
